Epoxy Flake Flooring

Epoxy flake flooring is a sturdy, durable and low maintenance solution to covering up old damaged concrete or existing tiles without having to remove them. Epoxy flake offers the advantages of other epoxy floors with a wide range of different flake colour options. Epoxy flake consists of a number of base layers of coloured epoxy or UV stable polyurethane, then sealed with multiple coats of clear UV stable resin.

Non-Slip Epoxy Flooring

Our flooring system can incorporate non slip grit to your epoxy flooring. These high strengths non slip additives such as aluminium oxide and bauxite won’t wear away over time like some other softer additives ensuring no slip hazards can occur.

Anti-Static ESD Epoxy Flooring

Electro- static discharge can pose a threat to sensitive electronic equipment and environments that handle unpredictable gases, liquids or other dangerous substances that could be an ignition source. In order to minimise these potential hazards an epoxy coating that safely dissipates electrostatic charge can be installed.

Types of Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy Mortar Screeding and Ramping

Epoxy screeds are part of a medium to heavy duty flooring system which are commonly used in environments such as manufacturing and food and beverage processing. These screeds are high strength and have excellent impact resistance when mixed appropriately. Epoxy screeds are considered to be superior option to a cement-based screed due to its ability to be fast setting and have no minimum install thickness.

  • Be levelled to create fall to floor wastes

  • Build high strength ramps, bunds, hobs or plinths

  • Anti-osmosis properties can also be included in the epoxy screed to act as a damp-proof membrane.

Epoxy Coving

Epoxy Coving is applied as a smooth curved surface that seals the gap between the floor and the wall. This solid curved radius allows for epoxy or polyurethane to seamlessly return up the walls or plinths to a nominated height. Coving is easy clean ensuring there are no areas that can harbour bacteria or mould and is an essential requirement in commercial kitchens or food processing plants.

Fast Curing MMA

Methyl methacrylate (MMA) flooring systems can be a popular choice for large scale commercial and industrial projects as it can reach full physical and chemical cure within 1 hour. This can be a great solution where tight turnarounds are needed. Especially in comparison to most epoxy options which can take days or weeks to cure.
